For the third year running, Kite has been named the winner in the \u2018School Rucksack Brand\u2019 category of the nationwide \u2018Choice of the Country\u2019 awards.<\/p>\n\n
The award combines two key criteria: the direct choice of consumers and the results of a comprehensive expert study. Kite\u2019s victory represents both recognition of the brand by consumers and confirmation of its standing based on the results of a professional assessment. <\/p>\n\n<\/figure>\n\n
What exactly did the experts assess?<\/h2>\n\n
Experts from the \u2018Vybir Krainy\u2019 Analytical Centre carried out a financial, economic and reputational analysis of the Kite brand using their proprietary \u2018Consumer Preferences\u2019 (AR-FCE) methodology. The study covered product quality and reliability, the brand\u2019s market position, as well as its popularity and reputation amongst consumers. <\/p>\n\n
The study focuses on six practical criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
\n
quality of service<\/strong> \u2013 in particular, the results of \u2018mystery shopper\u2019 surveys;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
product specifications, product range and pricing policy;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
reviews of the brand<\/strong> in open sources;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
reputation and popularity<\/strong> in the media and on social media;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
informative and user-friendly<\/strong> online resources;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
customer focus and the quality of feedback.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
According to the findings of the survey, Kite was the only brand in its segment to receive the top honour at the \u2018Country\u2019s Choice 2026\u2019 awards.<\/p>\n\n<\/figure>\n\n
