About the award and the methodology for selecting winners

The Choice of the Year nominations in Ukraine are held annually and cover a wide range of industries. To ensure maximum objectivity and transparency, the process of determining the leaders has a complex, multi-level evaluation methodology.

The process of determining the winners includes several components:

– 40% is consumer preference research, which allows us to assess people’s real-life experiences and attitudes towards brands;

– 30% – a survey of the expert council, which takes into account the opinion of relevant experts in various fields;

– 15% – the results of a survey by the advertising commission that analyses brand marketing strategies;

– 10% – a media jury survey that assesses the brand’s influence in the media space;

– 5% – conclusions of the organising committee, which completes the evaluation process.

An integrated approach allows us to accurately reflect the brands’ positions in the market and identify those who deserve a high award.
