VIVAT TRADING AT THE WORLD OF STATIONERY 2018 EXHIBITION
On 21-24 March we were actively involved in one of the main events in the stationery market – World of Stationery 2018 exhibition at ACCO International Kyiv exhibition center. Vivat Trading presented a major exhibition stand at this event.
Here are some numbers demonstrating the scale of the event itself:
- 238 trademarks from 30 countries;
- 25 categories of stationery and office items;
- over 2500 square meters of exhibition space;
- over 60 companies participating.
The participants were the largest producers and importers, leaders of the industry, and Vivat Trading has been one of them for many years now.
It was a high-load event with an intense stream of visitors and numerous negotiations. You could feel the optimism of market players: colorful exhibition stands, innovative technology, an enormous number of products, promising new arrivals.
Our Stand
Vivat Trading is one of the successful and ambitions companies at the stationery market and as much was demonstrated by our prominent exhibition stand located at the center of the exhibition space. Coming inside the visitors felt themselves in an entirely different environment. The main part was of course dedicated to products of our favorite brands: Brunnen(Germany), Koh-I-Noor (Czech Republic), KUM(Germany), Centropen(Czech Republic), edding(Germany), Gamma(Russia), Unimax(India), Axent(Germany), Delta by Axent (Germany), Kite(Germany), GoPack(Germany). Backpacks from the new collection, stationery, high quality arts sets, colorful displays with writing tools and other popular products – these were all available to touch, try and get professional opinion on.
Activities
Participation in such a high-profile event is not only a good opportunity to meet and communicate offline with partners, stationery market players and key clients. This is also a chance to present the 2018 assortment, conclude agreements, establish new communication channels and expand the pool of customers. That was just the task for our sales departments. About 70% of the time of our sales department managers at the exhibition was taken up by pre-scheduled meetings and negotiations.
The much awaited new arrivals of this year were also presented at the exhibition stand. All our visitors could appreciate the display of new Kite aquarelle pencils in cardboard and metallic gift packs. It was great to see visitors’ keen interest in the new arrivals, photos taken with images of our brands. Innovations were the highlight of the exhibition this year. The center of attention at Vivat Trading exhibition stand was a large sensor display where our Deputy CEO Yegor Nemov demonstrated how Vivat Client Dashboard operates. This new tool was created to make engagement with our company more convenient, easy and pleasant by employing innovative technology and comprehensible modern design.
World of Stationery 2018 exhibition went on a positive note – the tasks we set for ourselves were successfully completed filling us with inspiration for the road ahead.
We are grateful to our clients and partners as well as all the participants and organizers of the exhibition for such productive atmosphere! We all were united by the sense of belonging to one common task – providing a worthy selection of stationery and backpack products to our customers.
