To select the winner of the Country Choice nomination, we use our proprietary Consumer Preferences methodology, which is based on an in-depth analysis of factors. Experts don’t just analyse the market – they put themselves in the shoes of the customer, evaluating companies at every stage of customer interaction.

Stages of analysis:

  • Analysis of customer experience. Experts research companies the way consumers do. They check social media activity, search engine rankings, the usability of websites and online stores, and pay attention to reviews in open sources. The goal is to assess how a brand interacts with customers at every stage.
  • Assessment of the quality of interaction. In each area, specific criteria are selected to assess the customer focus of the brand. The quality characteristics of products, pricing policy and assortment are also taken into account.
  • Compilation of the rating. After the analysis, the top 10 companies in each sector are selected. Each applicant is assessed according to key criteria, and then a comparative analysis is carried out between the leaders. As a result, only one company is named the best in its category.

It is this thorough system of analysis that allows us to identify true leaders who not only meet customer expectations, but exceed them.
